NextPVR i.mjh.nz no audio on some recordings

Hello

I use NextPVR on an Ubuntu box via Kodi.

I've been getting a few recordings recently, just some from:

which record but don't record any audio stream.  It's only some recordings (about 50% of the Judge Judy episodes and some Flip or Flop).

If I do a ffprobe on the .ts file I get:

Most other recordings show:

Any suggestions on how I troubleshoot this?  It's only happening about 10% of the time, as far as I can tell.

Thanks will give it a go.

I also found last night there was no audio when watching Bravo (The Mummy) live in Kodi.  But watching it in the NextPVR web browser did; and recording it from the NextPVR plugin in Kodi did have an audio track.  Will run some more tests...

I'm having the same problem on the RUSH channel now

I've noticed also when watching the channel live it sometimes doesn't have any audio, unless I "stop" and then switch via the guide menu or channels menu a couple of times.

If I do a ffprobe on the .tx file I get this (no audio stream):

Are you sure you are using the patched NShared.dll NextPVR doesn't seem to be passing the headers noted here https://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?tid=65145

I think so. I downloaded the NShared.dll from here: https://forums.nextpvr.com/attachment.php?aid=7145

And saved it here: /opt/nextpvr/system

Did you restart the service? Linux lets you copy files while they are being used.

I had rebooted since I installed the patched file.  Restarted the service now and did a test recording for Alaskan.Bush.People.S05E04.A.Very.Bush.Wedding.ts.

Seems to be recording ok:
