IPv6 might be an/the issue. Trying to provision it through my ISP (you know the giant one with awful customer service). I own my own equipment so not even sure if it is available?

Try this I tried something slightly different.  If it fails send the zippled NextPVR logs (or zip up the HDHR.log file it creates with the NextPVR logs.
