NextPVR Not Working

Hello
NextPVR had been working great for many years. I just noticed it has been a grey icon on the system tray for the last few days. When I click on "show status" I get a blank white box where usually it has information. WHen I click on web app, I get "This page isn’t workinglocalhost is currently unable to handle this request.HTTP ERROR 500". When I click on desktop app, I get "THe remote server return an error (500) Internal server error."

I've tried unistalling and reinstalling and got the same error. I also reinstalled the device drivers for the tv tuner. No luck. 

The only thing I can think of that changed is a windows 10 update may have affected it. I checked the windows firewall and no issues. Everything is allowed for NextPVR. 

Any suggestions?

I'd restart the PC and then upload the zipped logs from the web Settings screen.

Not sure I can do this. The web app does not load and I can't get to any settings screen. Is there another way to get the logs?

The web app is probably loading that would be why you seeing the 500. Stop the NextPVR recording service and then zip upload the logs from

C:\Users\Public\NPVR-data\logs

Did you try after you restarted the PC? You were doing a long epg update this morning which could have locked you out of other things

Yes, restarted many times. No luck. 
Here's what the web app looks like.

Maybe stop the recording service and then in a command window go to c:\program files\nextpvr and run NextPVRServer.exe and see if any error comes up. Nothing is logged to help us.
