complete scanning of channels not possible

Hi together,

i'm from germany and i have a local cable tv provider. When i use any of the german scan tables, not all channels are found. When i use TVHeadend, there are all channels will found.
What can i do to find all of the available channels?

It depends DVB-C and SAT>IP are different. Always best to start by sending your zipped logs from main settings page.

OK so your logs don't back for enough to show the logs are what you used to scan. Did you use Germany Full Cable Spectrum (6.900MBd SR, QAM 256)?

Yes, i tried all scan tables from germany to add some missing channels, but a little bit more than 10 channels still missing.

Can you give me an example channel that is missing?
