You could also maybe check the device's web app during the scan, to make sure it's locking onto that frequency.

It that all the channels on that frequency? I recently got the full mux for ARD on DVB-S and there were a lot more https://imgur.com/a/Xs7PfNB Sub might need to get a full mux from you SAT>IP too but I am wondering if it is timing out on SAT>IP
In the meantime could you make a short ini file with just that one frequency and enable verbose logging. (Go to settings, hold ctrl and and the verbose option will open up. Martin
