Audio connection problem at TV

Hello,
I often lose the sound connection on my TV and this happens many times and is annoying. And what should I do for this problem because it takes a lot of time during the movie watching experience. 

Can I reinstall or reset?

Are you actually using NextPVR? If so, post the logs.
