Since v7: EPG mostly "no listings", and channels change during recordings :'(

I am having two big problems with NPVR since updating to V7 a couple weeks ago: (I've used NPVR for 8+ years without any issues whatsoever. V7 has not been kind to me... )

Issue #1: My EPG consistently shows "no listings" on about 50%-90% of my Guide listings (my EPG source is "DVB/ATSC EPG").  I just updated to Version: 7.0.1.241229 just now, emptied the EPG, updated EPG again to completion, and the latest result is that only 9 channels out of 90 show proper listings. Everything else (80 channels) show "no listings" in the Guide. 

Issue #2: The EPG updater is now changing channels DURING my recordings (evident by the channel changing multiple times every 60 seconds), making most of my recordings worthless if they occur during a scheduled EPG update (every 3-4 hours). Shouldn't the EPG updater be scanning frequencies with a tuner NOT currently in use? (I have a quad-tuner PCIe card from Hauppauge in my media center PC)

I'm in the Phoenix Arizona area. I'm attaching my logs and screenshot of the latest EPG. Let me know what other info I need to provide. I'd love to have this resolved asap. Thanks!

1) We would need a 1 minute full mux of on of the channels you know should be getting an EPG using sub's tscapture program https://tscapture.com/ The logs do show the channels not getting EPG so, maybe Start with physical 36. There is an oddity in that that only the first physical scan had good data (including 61.3 above) so I am not sure if it is related

2) The EPG update always happens on tuner 1 and there is no check (although it has been requested). A users suggested a helpful change to move tuner 1 so that your priority is giving you 2 recordings and 1 live TV before the EPG update gets in way.

Regarding issue #1, I am seeing some more items in the Guide now (must have been another scheduled EPG update). Still missing about 50% of listings though, which is common for me lately. I'm attaching my logs again, in case that helps again.

I tried that file here, and it is giving me the complete listings for the next 10 hours or so.

For you is it all listings missing for specific channels, or just big gaps in some channels?

I do note that the .ts file your supplied is for the 15.x and 61.1 channels.

Maybe you'd be off supplying a ts file for the 51.x channels?

51.x would be frequency 31. It didn't even return the MCT. I thought 36 would be good since 36 returned the MCT with EIT but no programs so there could be two problems.

For 15.x this thread 17 didn't look promising there may be an issue if the MCT isn't perfect maybe it isn't re-read. There often is damage at the beginning when one thread is stopping and the new thread starts.

I either get all listings for a channel or nothing. Not a listing gaps issue. And the problematic channels changes, meaning one day I might not have 10.x listings, then a couple days later I will. But always missing at about 50% of total channel listings.

I've noticed that if I change the DVB/ATSC EPG Setup to only scan one frequency (not all) then I get full listings for that "problematic" channel every time, but who has time for that (to scan just one channel at a time manually)? The issue appears to be a bug caused by scanning all the frequencies (which it should do just fine, but for some reason isn't.)

I think the issue isn't just the first one the 8187 failing to return what NextPVR expects maybe without retries, there should be addpid requests on all frequencies with data. On 3 scan it varies greatly if you see here https://pastebin.com/fZn3PKDP
