Users and PM'ing

Sub, a user sent me a PM (two actually) and although I responded with my typical reply that I don't support via PM I was annoyingly told that the users had disable PMs.  Does the forum allow you to make a rule so users can't sent PM's unless they allow PMs?

There doesn't seem to be any option for that.

However, I've given you a permission to allow you to send PMs to users even if they have disabled PMs.
