EPG on DVB-C stoppped working

Since 2 days, my EPG on DVB-C does not update anymore.  here was no windows-update or anything else, as far as I can see. 
I've updated NPVR to latest version to check if it solves the problem, but it did not/
I deleted the EPG database and also updated it , but always the message:  EPG Update complete. [0 inserted, 0 updated, 1010 skipped]

That is odd because it is definitely finding OTA data. I'm wondering if your DVB-C provider has bad data. Could you create a one minute fullmux recording on one of those frequencies maybe 298000 and use sub's https://tscapture.com/ utility and make it available via an external link like One Drive, Google Drive or Dropbox

Problem solved.. It was a problem with the service operator! Tx for all assistance!!
