Thanks for the log your version is too old

Version 6.1.1.221106

So like v4 users you update or turn off SD art. Once you disable art follow the request in the message to get your account reset.

Upgraded to latest but still getting same message. Will contact SD as well.

Upgraded fron NPVR 6 to 7 and was fixed.

Upgraded to version 7 and got my guide info back.  But now it only updates for one week.  I haven't used this in a while, usually for NFL season, but didn't it used to look three weeks forward?

It depends the manual update default is only one week since it primarily is for testing, the nightly run is longer typically at least two weeks.
