Issue with screen readers trying to schedule a recording

Here's a step towards making the web app accessible, perhaps the add manual recording in the scheduler could be made a button rather than a clickable element, and the same could go for the button to delete channels.
We don't need to worry about making a TTS interface like the Kodi addon for NextPVR, all we need to do is to make some minor adjustments to a few html and js files for the web app.
Can anyone help do this?

Ultimately the UI in desktop application is just an image so yeah unfortunately I wouldn't expect it to work with a screen reader. There isn't nothing that can be done about this one.

As pointed out above, the bulk of a settings are now in the web application. The only settings still in the desktop application are strictly client related, such as decoders etc.

I would expect the web app to work to with a screen reader. Are you using the "+" button on the top right of the Scheduler page to manually add recordings? I suspect it may the search field at the top of the channel dropdown that is confusing things?

The web client is mostly accessible but with a few blind spots, if you pardon the pun. Yes, if I use the clickable element to manually add a recording and I go to select which channel I want to record, the search box comes up and I am unable to tell which channels I am selecting.
Are you able to make the clickable element on the schedule page into a button instead? also, in the channel selection screen when you select which ones to keep and which ones to delete, can you make sure they are all check boxes?

It's not entirely clear what I can change here, short of removing the search field. Currently when click the channel, it defaults to the search box, and as type it filters the list of channels to only those that match.

In the Settings->Channels page, these should already have checkboxes for each channel.

Yes, but there is a part where when I go to delete channels, I can't tell which one is checked for some reason.
PS: when you altered the web interface to make adding the schedule into a button which file was changed? I'm just curious

Hi.
if I click setup, devices, DVB-T Dongle, for some reason, the screen reader won't read the check boxes, so there's no way to tell which channels are ticked or unticked.
On the other hand, if I click setup, then Channels, the checkboxes read without any issue. Can you please fix these inconsistencies?
Also, can you make the delete option into a button rather than a clickable element? can you do this with all screens?
If you could make the adjustments in the various web js files, and then send me the changed files in a .zip privately, I could test it for you, and then let you know if it is OK, then you could include the changes in the next build.
