Can only record 2 channels with quad tuner

I upgraded/installed a new quad tuner (hauppauge 1609).  I also upgraded to NextPVR 7.0.3 on my windows 10 PC.  I am using Kodi 21.1 client.  I cannot record more than 2 channels at one time.  The TV guide on NextPVR and the guide on Kodi will allow me to schedule programs on 3 channels, but only 2 channels actually get recorded.

Please upload the logs from main web settings page, so we get a complete picture.

mvallevand: please provide guidance on this. When I created a log from main web settings page, it was over 3MB. When I tried to attach it to my post, I got an error message that indicated that it was too big. Can you suggest how I may be able to provide the needed information without exceeding the allowable size?

If the zip file that NextPVR generates for uploading on the main setting page is too big, you will need to use external storage, eg, GoogleDrive, OneDrive, Dropbox, WeTransfer etc.

OK thanks. First it looks like you copied in a v4 logs so that is why your zip file is so big, If you delete all those 2023 files you will be in better shape.

The main problem is that you had an OTA update fail on the 10th which has locked tuner one. You have five channels configured for OTA that are failing to update. A reboot will clear this, but unfortunately you didn't capture the full logs closer to that date so we can't explore why this might have happened. There are some minor ATSC EPG changes in the next version that might help, but I'd contact Schedules Direct lineup support to see if they can get you the data.
