Nextpvr seems to sort of crash

Hello,
I have been having Nextpvr sort of crash lately.  It will crash to the point it will display a black box half screen.  I still get audio.  I have to exit Nextpvr via task manger then reopen it.  I have enclosed pics as well as the logs.  I hope we can figure this out.

Using subscription IPTV anything can happen during playback. The crash seems to be you XMLTV EPG source is corrupt, not sure if you can delete them or not.

Not really, for quality issues with your provider talk with them, you get what you pay for, it is not cable. Not sure how you corrupted your database installing their guide, but if you want to PM me a link to your npvr.db3 I can have look.

Update. I deleted the channel and EPG lists and reinstalled them. It seemed to clear up the EPG issue. I just have an issue of the picture issue. This time It wanted to go to a black box but it corrected itself. I think it is an issue with the pc it is playing on. I do not have the issue with other computers I have it on.
I will keep monitoring it

This probably isn't it, but I could have used a post like this a week ago when searching for fixes:

I only use Windows 11 on one PC, the one running NextPVR, because NextPVR is so good and Linux is bad at sleep/awake.  I started getting "slow-sounding" distorted audio after a few minutes or sometimes after half an hour while watching live TV, in a browser using NextPVR.  Tried other browsers, disabled hardware acceleration in the browsers, no change.  Watching recordings in VLC played fine.

And sometimes the entire PC would crash and restart within an hour when watching Live TV in Nextpvr.  It may have done it a couple times while using VLC too, I forget.

Then I noticed there's a lot of complaints about the recent Windows 11 update and it causing crashes and weird things.  

I uninstalled that Windows 11 update, and NextPVR live TV has played fine for a total of about eight hours since.  Seems fixed.  NextPVR problems caused by a Windows 11 update.
