I have NextPVR running on a Windows 11 machine hooked up to a Hauppauge WinTV HVR-950.  It works fine for a few days.  But then the guide quits updating, and it stop tuning channels.  An error message says "Streaming Failed - Transcoder exited" when attempting to tune.  If I restart the machine, it all comes back and works again for a few days before repeating the failure. Any idea what might be causing it?

No problems other than what is mentioned.  It works fine until the point it stops.  I attached the log files I found on the web application to this.  I think that is what you were asking for.

Looking at the logs your tuner is not well mapped to the channels you receive so I expect the scan information is stale. You really should do complete rescan on one tuner and then copy that results to other tuner..

Thee channels would need work even for Live TV or recordings.

Physical channel 12 is also too weak to be scanning and physical channel 20 send too many bad packets to consider it PVR worthy and these which might breaks the OTA update.

Of note too you do an EPG update right in the middle of prime time, definitely that is no recommended and could also cause failures.
