HDHomeRun can't find tuners

I moved my HDHomeRun to another subnet.
Changed my firewall rules...even setup UDP Broadcast Relay.

I can view TV on NextPVR.
I can direct browser to tuner and it displays information.

When I go to HDHomeRun app, it can't seem to find any tuners.

Not sure where to go from here.  
I would like to rescan channels.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Why would you do that, that isn't how these are supposed to be used and they are hard to firewall. When you say HDHomerun app do you mean the Silicondust app? If so you need that to work before NextPVR will work so maybe contact their forum.

That is old firmware though is this a legacy device? The newer device can run http.
