Exit menu sometimes doesn't work

Martin,
I've seen this before, when I choose Exit (Enter), nothing happens. Alt + F4 does work.
I pressed the Exit menu several times at the bottom of the log.

I have seen that too and yes sometimes the server gets confused and doesn't send the exit response, I do see you hitting enter but the client has no way of know that it should exit.
