I wished there was a way to tell gbpvr to save the timeshift buffer file.
timeshifting a nice thing that you would like to save for later time.

it also saves what already happaned, in the begining of timeshifting?

Tried this several times, the recording starts from timeshifting moment not when record button was pressed

Yes, it records from when you start TS. I watch in TS, so if I am 1/2 through a show, and hit record, it will get everything I've seen, and then the rest, and save it as a recording.

A note that it saves it to your live folder, and not the recordings folder (in case you are looking for it on your hard drive...shows up normally in recording menus).

Either you use the record button on the remote, or you use ctrl-k on the keyboard. Have a look here:
