Can't Rip DVD?

I've tried DVDRipper and My Videos, but can't rip my DVD'S. With DVDRipper, if i choose iso or file I get a file not found error, almost like it can't find a utility? Are there any docs on how to setup the addons that DVDRIPPER or My Videos require, and were they should be installed

Do you have DVD Decrypter installed?

yes, i have decrypter, pvas, dvdauthor

just got My Videos working, had to make sub dirs under my DVD folder to create the iso in. thanks
