Some improvements and some bugs solved

Changes in 0.77.76
- Solved a bug that might cause a crash when live_tv is on on a very long recording
- Solved a bug that might cause a crash when the timeline of the input mpeg is severily corrupt
- Improved the heuristics related to Aspect Ratio mismatch
- Improved the heuristics related to logo changes
Changes in 0.77.68
- Fixed a bug in the support for cuttermaran
- Added the information required to run cuttermaran from the commandline
Changes in 0.77.66
- Added support for output for cuttermaran
Changes in 0.77.65
- Added the ticker_tape option to ignore a certain amount of pixels at the bottom. Nice if you have a continues ticker tape or fixed logo at the bottom and still want to detect black frames for the rest of the screen.

IF you have problems with Comskip making errors in detecting commercials please follow this procedure.

Set in you comskip ini file
output_framearray=1
verbose=10

run comskip, can be on a regular recording so no need to do it by hand.
For a recording where the commercials are detected wrong
copy the generated .txt to a file with the same name but the extension .ref.
edit the .ref file to have the correct frame numbers of where you would like the commercials cuts to be. If this is too difficult add some text in the mail describing which commercial should have been.
Zip up the ini,.csv, .log, .txt and .ref and mail them to me. i can receive mails up to 10 megabyte and the zip file should be about 2 mbyte for a 1 hour recording
This helps me in analyzing the problems you see and to improve comskip.
If you do this I will also advice you on how to tune the parameters
