The OSD is not visible in Play-mode. Any suggestions to where I should look to remedy this?

Setup:
GB-PVR 0.14D with settings
* Use VMR9
* Intervideo
DirectX 9.0b
Hauppauge PVR-350
NVIDIA Geforce FX 5200 with driverpackage 53.03

Is it visible if you try Overlay or VMR7?

VMR7 or Overlay have no effect.
