I managed to get the cards installed correctly. I have no errors, windows xp dosent complain. When I fire up Media MVP and launch Live tv I get a blank screen. I defined the source under the Capture Sources tab in the configuration, all the channels went through fine. All I get is a blank sceen when I try live tv.

Please help!!!

Thanks

Does Live TV work on the PC monitor? Try it first with 'Live preview' mode enabled first. If that works uncheck that box to try it in Timeshift mode.

No, it does not work on the monitor. I am sorry I am not in front of the system and I do not remember the error.

Ok, I am home now. The error on the pc screen when I try to run live tv is:

ERROR: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Thanks

Can you zip and attach your logs?

It looks like you've got your device #'s set wrong in your capture sources. How have you currently got them set for your PVR500 and PVR350?

Under the capture sources I added a new device, under the recording source settings- I selected PVR 350 then Board number is capture device #1. That was working fine. When I added the 500 I did the sane except choose PVR500 and under Board number I selected Capture device #2. I did that twice and picked capture device #3. I did that because the 500 has 2 tuners and I thought it needed to be added like that.

Thanks

The device numbers can change if you add a new device to the machine, and install new drivers. Try the PVR500 as #1 and #2, with the PVR350 as #3.

No, it didnt help, Now the MVP tells me no tuners found and monitor tells me the same error as before.

Should I remove all cards and try to set up the 500 first?
