Just use the SkinHelper.checkCompositeImageDefined method if you want to check if an option picture is defined.

In the same way, you'll get an ugly default font, and and ugly default brush if these are not defined, and there is a new "DrawPoly" instruction that can be used in the skin helper.

Shining, you can probably get rid of the problem with the following setting in config.xml. I was just trying to understand what the problem was, so that it could be fixed.

I cant picture what this 'flackering' is that you're trying to describe. Previously you said that navigation wasnt working because of this. It really isnt clear to me what you're talking about. Give it to me again in as much detail as you can.

Ok, i'll try to explain again

The flackering isn't your fault, it's from the RSS-Plugin, i found out.

The problem while navigating is the following:

If i choose an entry, the Taskimage normally will be load. I could see, that this picture will fade in within 1 - 2 seconds. While this "fading" i can't navigate normally with my keyboard.

If the Taskimage is completly faded in, the navigation is no problem.

I had a question for ya. Is this the new beta that includes the function to have the mask you and me were PM'in geach other about?

(When GB-PVR goes to draw the screen, it'll do the following steps:

1) first it draws the "Background" composite image.
2) next it draws the task image
3) then it draws the "CutAway" image with hole, which shows the task image underneath
4) then it goes on to draw your buttons and panels.)

If so, hopefully it is, i will test with the PM3 skin i'm doing to see if the compatibility is still good since i need to use the new version to finish a certain function, and will need to make it compatible with newest release anyway.It based off of the default Blue skin anywa, so hopefuly it will be ok.
