I am sure it has all been said but at the end of the day this is the default skin.

You can't please everyone - but there is no need to because many of us will probably of and do our own thing or use one of the posted alternatives. (We have some very talented skinners here)

Personally, I am a blueMCE2 man. Simple, clean, uncluttered. While this seems to be a popular skin it may not make GBPVR destinct from the others. And this is what it really deserves.

We know what opinions are like...and being untalented graphically I don't have a theme to offer... but I wanted to add some support and encouragement to the thread.

Please keep the ideas comming. Lets help make 'Sub's baby shine'

That said, and with fear of being shouted down, what about the name? GBPVR - not so catchy - dosen't quite roll of the tounge.

Sub, it it near and dear to you? or is this also in the mix for some polish? Wink

Ok, that's pretty clear. Big Grin

But one last option on the name thing if I may... - You often see companys get in real 'image consultant' type people and they add a new word to the name.

"GBPVR MediaThingy"

Then in time the focus moves from the old to the new. Sometime the old is even dropped eventually. I am guessing your concern is a lack of continuity with a sudden name change.

I'll say no more. ... It's your baby Sub.

Yeah true, But 'MediaCenter' sounds just so 'Microsoft'. I don't know if its a registered trademark?

Microsoft MCE will grow and grow, just because it is forced down the public's throat. There is a lot of power in a name. Look at 'google' I bet 95% of people do realise that it stems from a googleplex. (very, very big number)

The point is I think differentiation is so important. But I don't want to hijack this thread either!

Actually Google is a typo/misunderstanding. And the number is googolplex http://www.fpx.de/fp/Fun/Googolplex/. Googol is what google was supposed to be too.
