No. I got a new motherboard and CPU (AMD 4400+ dual core), and a couple of powerline network adapters (these things are cool).

Not sure if you had a dual core before (even hyperthreading kind of counts), but you'll love that cpu! You'll realize how bad multitasking was without one.

How are those powerline things working out? I've been thinking about getting something like that for when our new 100Mbit internet connection is installed early next year. I really don't feel like running ethernet cables all over the apartment and I haven't been very impressed with the stability of our current WiFi network..
(oh and yes, I am trying to get you guys a bit jealous Wink)

Yeah, they've been good. I dont know how we'll they'd work with multiple devices, but it certainly works well for my one MVP I needed at the other end of the house.

I'm sorry, i should not have post my previous message. My goal was not to ask for a new release but maybe to re-enable the 0.95.14 build download....
I was so excellent that I used to startup my pvr and play music just after came back home...
After all, I (and I guess many of us) could live with a gbpvr having bugs... I can perfectly understand that releasing a new build once a week/month is too much.
I'm not very worried, because GBPVR is the best software i have tried so far. It is much more stable, easy to use, efficient and free. I tried mythtv, meedio and few others. Rolleyes Please keep up your good work, that some rest... I will be patient for the next one Wink

I built an x3800 dual core with two SLI 6600GT for work a few weeks back. Very, very cool. Cool I WISH that was by GBPVR box.

Sound like a geat distraction from writing code....

On another note I cannot delete a capture source in Config. I added one to be postitioned in the second spot, which fixes a problem I was having with no video on the PC, but when I try to remove the one I do not want and hit OK then config locks up. I then right click on the task bar item for config and close it, I then get a "program is not responding" dialog and hit the "end now" button to close it. When I return to config the capture source is still there. Repeats over and over.

Information only:
I removed the capture source record manually out of the database and that seems to have fixed the problem with config locking up. Also I can now see video on the pc monitor. Don't know why it happened nor can I reproduce it.

Whoa!! Is it just me or is the new version faster! Before turning channels would take about 8 seconds..now it takes about 8..Pressing previous channel only takes about 1 1/2 seconds..Video goes through right away..just takes a sec to load up all the way...

Only problem is that I've had a failed recording..Don't know why though....
