Automatic 3gp?

I use my phones as portable media players, with 512 meg transflash (microSD) cards.
I currently encode my stuff to 3gp manually, using Nokia's multimedia mobile phone converter.
I'm wondering if there's a way to have my recordings automatically encoded?
176x220 is the screen size, and the Nokia converter looks after it automatically, with the option to specify bitrate, or filesize of the final output.
Any ideas on postprocessing.bat options for this, or any other 3gp encoder?
I can use Xilisoft3gp, or QuicktimePro as well, unless mencoder (or similar commandline encoder) can do it.

It is simple to use and can encode to many different format (AVI/MPG etc). It works to do different type 3gp files or ACC. Better then nokias multimedia converter.
