Change Plugin Name?

IS it possible to change the plugin name? I really want it to be uniform...

The plugin name is defined in the source code for the plugin. Unless you have access to the source you won't be able to change it.

Not quite true. You can change it using the language.xml file if you really want to.

The video archive and music player plug-ins alllow the name to be set in the skin.xml file. If none is found then they use a hard coded default. You could do the same if developing your own plug-in.

Hey Jeff, will the name in the skin.xml file affect the way the name is displayed on GBPVR's main menu? BTW...hey sub, I've never heard of the language.xml file. What is it used for? Sorry for the questions I'm still learning the ins and outs of gbpvr. I'm learning new things from you guys everyday

Yes, it changes the button name. You must first change the name in the xml file and then reselect the plug-i nin the config app (using the new name) so tha tit will show up in gbpvr.
