TwinHan remote control

Has anyone got the twinhan dvb-t remote to work with gbpvr either via a hip configuration or directly with gbpvr?
I can't seem to make it do anything sensible with the hip configuration screen.

I gave up on the twinhan remotes (have two of them now in the box) and just brought a MCE2005 OEM for AUD$ 50.

Then everything just works. No stuffing around.

Unless you WANT to add extra functions this might be less painful option.
