Can you post a screenshot?

I'm guessing its some sort of marker added by your MPEG2 video decoder to show its an eval or expire eval? I know the Elecard decoder does something like this. A small block of nine sqaures?

Net radio fails to connect to any radio stations on the main system. On the MVP everything is fine.

Also, when I play a DVD through my videos the menu button switches back to the main menu and not to the dvd menu. Is there a way to get to the dvd menu other then by using the mouse?

How come on my computer im still getting the previous version on the download URL at gbpvr.com?

I've cleared cache, all the normal reasons?

I dont know. I've not seen that one before. GB-PVR isnt adding this. You could try a different video decoder. Other than that, I've got nothing.

Reproduce the problem, then zip and attach your logs and I'll take a look. Mine is working fine.

If you press the escape key when you're watching a DVD, it'll return to the menu. Alternatively you can set the following in config.xml:
<DVDAllowVideoInset>false</DVDAllowVideoInset>

Regarding the little yellow/red numbers I was seeing: When I rebuilt my computer this time, I used the Omega Radeon drivers recommended by tipstir. The number I was seeing was the "on screen display" which I had inadvertantly checked, or was a default perhaps. I disabled that and I'm all set.

mode, I get a small block digit in the upper right hand corner. It is either a red "2" or a yellow "3"

Anyone know what this is?

Looks to me like you have your STB set to display the channel number it is tuned to and that is being sent to the recording. Turn it off by hitting clear or info button on the STB's remote.
