Sub,

Not sure if it's me, but I've just skipped up to .18 from .16. On the MVP ff/rw just take dumps me out of the mpg (with a flash of the MVP stop icon on the screen).

Is this something you know about?

I know you've had a fight with ff on the MVP in the past, but in .16 it was working great...

Keep up the good stuff

Yeah FF with my mvp for .18l freezes or dumps me out also. I am getting by, though, with the skip button which seem more reliable on this version.

I find that it usually FF/Rw quite well with MPEG2 files recorded with my Hauppauge devices, but is not so good with MPEG2 files from other sources. FF/RW is also not good with MPEG1 files.

My files are from a PVR250, so I presume they are mpeg2, is there some switch somewhere I haven't paid attention to?
