See that the are lots of post about setting, however, I'm not even there yet!

Tried processing to xvid but got error message ffmped.dll not found. I thought that this was installed with the latest version.

If if missed something obvious, sorry!

ffmpeg.exe is installed with the latest release. Can you check the exact error message you get?

Error msg:

ffmpeg.exe-Uanable to Locate Component

This application failed to start because xvidcore.dll was not found. Re-installinf the application may fix this problem.

Try editing config.xml to update the xvid profile to be:

<Conversion name="XviD" cmd="-y -i {SOURCE_FILE} -f avi -ab 128 -ac 2 -vcodec mpeg4 -b 1500 -vtag XVID {DEST_FILE}" targetExtension=".avi" />

With the command line above, it shouldnt need it.

Reproduce the error, then post your GBPVRRecordingService.exe.log and I'll take a look.
