Is there a way to get netradio to resume if connection lost?

I run into a common problem when, for whatever reason, the station I chose in net radio stops working. Although the info in the bottom (station etc) still there, no sound is coming out. I have to click on the station again to resume playback. Is there a way to get net radio to resume in cases where a connection is no longer working? Thanks.

No, there isnt. I've never seen one of these stations drop a connection for me.
