XRecord Poster

I have a scheduled recording (3 episodes) sitting in pending without a poster but the episodes it has recorded that are in ready do have a poster (not sure where it came from). I've tried the stop/download but it won't find one. Where does it store the poster for pending?

The reason you can see an image for existing recordings is because you will have a folder.jpg image in the recording's directory - For upcoming recordings however, you should copy this images to the gbpvr/art directory, and rename it to the show title.jpg

That did it, how do the images get automatically populated to the art directory? There are several in the directory but I didn't put them there.

If you press the stop button (Ctrl-S) on the show name you get a menu. Select the download image item and most of the time it gets it and puts it in the art folder.

That's what I tried on pending but it doesn't find anything. I'm trying to figure out what's finding the art after it's recorded and putting it in the art directory and recording folders.

I think it is one of the other video plugins (Video Archiver?)- what do you have installed?

I'm having a problem downloading the posters also. I'm trying to get the one for 'Dora the Explorer' when I press ctrl s, it pulls up the menu. I then press Dl image 1, and nothing happens. If I press Dl Data and it shows 'Dora the Explorer', I press enter and nothing happens. Can someone offer some tips on getting this to work?

Isn't there a way to poll tvtome too? Or is that what it's trying to get the data from?

It's not really a sure-fire thing. You can make your own by getting the art, putting it in the afrementioned folder, and name it the name of the recording folder.

Tried it out. Sure does work. It's a bit more interactive than I had hoped it would be, but works nonetheless.

I have 24 reoccuring recordings.
only 2 images work no matter what I do.

is there a way to just make that screen a list other than the entire screen full of "no poster submitted"?
