I noticed in the Wiki that their are various command line options that you can use to launch gbpvr including the ability to jump right into the recordings section.

How hard would it be to extend that option so that you could launch into any plugin?

Additionally, if this could be tied to work with the MVP so that I could launch gbpvr with different options based on the MAC address of the MVP, then I could run one of my MVP's as a headless MP3 player and the other as a true media device.

What do you think?

You can already do this. If you want to go straight to the recordings screen add -direct recordings

Sorry, no I wont be doing this.

OK, thanks for the quick response. I can understand why adding the MAC specific support would be a big pain.

Not to be a pest, but what about adding the capability to include the already supported command line arguments when launching the gbpvr processes that support the MVPs?

Thanks for the consideration.
