X-Box MVP

I see that the X-Box360 is going to interface with Windows Media Center and that the 1st Generation X-Box has a Conversion program that will turn it into a Media center. Does anyone know how to or would like to start a project to convert a 1st Gen X-Box to act as an MVP? These are going to dorp in price when the new 360 comes out. Let me know what you guys think!!

I think there's merit if you already have an XBox version 1 but I can't see them dropping below the price of a Hauppauge MVP which is smaller, silent and doesn't require a disc to be in the drive all the time like the v1 XBox does in order to run as a Media Player.

I'm sure that any code could be easily stored on the XBox HD but I still like the Hauppauge box, turn it on, it works straight away. It's wife compatible.
