If you've never played the newer Risk, Risk 2210, now's your chance to play an online java version. I found it yesterday in a comment link on a slate article. Some of the players are trying to get up a pool so we can hold fully manned games (5 players). Visit the forums for details on times, or to post your own game times.
Risk godstorm support is being worked on now. Despite a weak AI (which doesn't matter if you have human players), I haven't noticed any problems with implementation. You can download/install here
