Reoccuring recodings and namesetting

Is there a way to set a more describable name on a manual recoding?
i have 3 reoccuring recordings but i dont know which is which unless i go into them and check, so i wanted to set a better name on them.
this also includes "normal" manual recordings.

IIRC, when you create a manual recording, you can, with your keyboard, enter the name you want it to have.
