Is it possible to import channel logos and icons into the TV guide? Also, is there a way to create custom skins or a site where they can be downloaded from?

The wiki has what you are looking for, however, it is having some trouble today.
http://gbpvr.com/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Skin/Skin will lead you to skin options. Channel Icons are possible as well. I believe information is on that site as well.
