Inconsistent MVP Connections with 97.7

MVP connection with 1 MVP server is very inconsistent. Usually, I need to restart the recording services in order to get my MVP to connect. Sometimes needs to 2 restarts and a few MVP reboots. I am giving ample time between recycles.
