BaseSkin updated to v2.6 for GBPVR 97.13

2006–07–08 : v 2.6 for GBPVR 97.13
Updated skin to version 2.6 with new Music and Video plugin.

BlueMCE2 is the default theme this time.
Added faded popup background...more similar to original BlueMCE2
Icons for music, video are now in skin root so Themepacks can change them.

Just copy the baseskin over your existing baseskin, then all themepacks will work.

To better reading the recordings titles I've changed slightly the skin. Attached is the RECORDINGS-skin.xml

I've found that in case of low signal strength in live preview GBPVR reports this error "Unable to find named image pos: /settings/CompositeImages/CompositeImage[@name="LivePreview"]/Element[@name="SignalStrengthGraph"]"
Attached is the corrected OSD-skin.xml.
