music playback while viewing photo slideshows

is this possible now? (i don't think so)

but it would be great to just kick back and watch the slide shows with music playing in the background (of course, the user must select the folder where the music are located)

I believe it is curently possible - although I think there may be a bug with visualisations: See here

Not at my PVR at the moment, but I guess you select the tunes and then go to view pics...

A. McBain's screensaver plugin will allow a random slideshow from a designated source while playing music.

B. You can download a visualisation for mediaplayer (which GBPVR will display) that is a random slideshow. This is what I use, I can't remember wher I found it but I am sure I just googled.

Note: Both of these are random slideshows which might not be what you are looking for.
