Help me... No TV!

OK. First off, I am a complete n00b here, so go easy. When I go to LiveTV, there is no TV! Just a black screen. I can flip through channels, and the OSD tells me the channel I am on, but the screen is just black.

Now, if I load up the Tuning Assistant, it can find all the channels just fine!

I am using the ATI Wonder Elite, if that makes any difference. What am I doing wrong?

Sounds like you dont have an MPEG2 decoder installed.

Thanks for the very quick reply. I thought I did have MPEG decoder installed, so I snooped in the options and changed the video decoder from "System Default" to CyberLink Video/SP Decoder (ATI) and I now have TV!!!! Smile

Now it's time to expirement with gbpvr!
