on the recording choices popup (record once or season, record quality, padding...) with the default record quality as 'medium' it would seem more intuative (to me at least) if hitting left selected low quality and hitting right selected high, not vice versa as it is at the moment.

water in the toilet rotates the other way down there, THATS what it is...

the same logic applies to selecting epg update times, instead of the dropdown going from midnight down to noon etc, it starts at 11PM and goes down to midnight. its honestly just a different convention/way of thinking, and if you take a step back and look at it arbitrarily, it doesnt matter

Its been like this for the last 2 and half years, so I have no plans to change it now.

I totally agreeSmile As I said, it was a tiny thing to mention - and the comments about things happening in reverse down under put a smile on my face anyway...

Yep and in the next version there will be 7 months in a year but they will all be a bit longer, and there will be 10 hours in a day. It's ok though, you just have to adjust your thinking, rather than adjusting the software becaise that's soo much harder.

Hmmm that came out all wrong. Very odd, a bit snidey, wasn't meant to be. Oh well, bugger it.

To answer the original question, you could probably fiddle it in the skin I'm sure.
