Recording quality + conversion in one place

Even though I don't use it, this might be a good feature.

When you choose recording quality you should also be able to choose the following conversion quality.

All in one place in the gui.

I always thought it would be nice just to set converstions on a show by show basis.

I would put my vote in for adding converstion/quality/type settings to the recording menu.
