I've tried several times to get gb-pvr up and running on my computer, and for me...there's too little documentation. The zap2it.com link upon installing comes up with an error etc...I'm about ready to give up. Can anyone help me out?

what do you need help with exactly. I found this to be way easier than getting sage, beyondtv, mythtv (omg that was a 12hr process... twice), etc up and running.

You have to be getting stuck at some specific point.

And the place to get the zap2it account is: http://labs.zap2it.com

There is heaps of information on the wiki. See www.gbpvr.com/pmwiki

That's the ticket! I have it up and running. I'm glad I stuck to it, this is a cool program.

When I'm watching TV/Movies My P4 2.8 is at about 80% utilization even with the nVidia decoders running. Is there a way to get this down?

Try switching to Overlay instead of VMR, also make sure you've got hardware accelleration enabled in the video decoder settings (assuming you video card supports it).
