to post in an other thread. Praising the reliability of GB-PVR and the MVP.

At that very moment of time my wife turned off the MVP, and it seems that the recording service stopped. At that time one board was recording "Kobra" and the other was producing live TV. The tray showed that recordings was in progress but nothing was dumped to disk.

I have zipped and attached the logs, one thing that is a bit strange is the size of the recording service logs. After a reboot the recording service first produces a 1k log and after that a 0 byte log

I have updated as in the survival guide.

Any ideas?

Yeah, thats a bit odd. I'm not really sure what to suggest here. I dont have much to go on without logs.

Can you try stopping the recording service, then manually delete the log files, then hopefully after a restarting the service it'll begin producing logs. Once you get logs, if it happens again, post a set of logs and I'll take a look.
