In order to see the images you will need to use the TVListings plugin.
The TVGuideSupercharger utility adds a * to the end of show names in the guide if they are New shows, ie. not repeats. Because of this images will not show up in TVListings. Adding a Y as an option to ProgramImageTool makes a copy of all images so they can be seen with these 'New' shows.
You could possibly add a line in your postupdateepg to run this utility everytime your epg updates but it is not necessary.
