This is fantastic, well worth the effort to buy and build to my specification.

I would love to see divx playback, that would make my life complete.

You can already playback DivX files on the PC monitor with the appropriate codec installed. The XCard will also playback DivX files.

If you have a hardware DivX encoder capture device like the Plextor PX-402U, then you can already record directly to DivX.
