New ATI Driver: Fixes DVD choppyness?

ATI released a new driver today, supposedly it fixes an issue which caused choppy dvd playback with powerDVD, I will have to do some looking to see if it will fix the little choppyness issues I have been having since I switched my card to a 9600, and switched MPEG2 codec to Cyberlink PDVD7

Using PowerDVD to playback a DVD no longer results in the playback appearing choppy. Further details can be found in topic number 737-23719
