Trying to add TV Wonder 200 to list!

My tuner card is the ATI TV Wonder 200 PCI. Not being listed in the recording sources dropbox, I looked forward to add the card to the list. I'm trying to follow the "add new capture card" instructions on the wiki, but when I open the "insert filter" box, my card's not listed under BDA Receiver Component or BDA Source Filters in the GraphEdit program. I'd really dislike to shell out more money for a PVR-150 if the TV Wonder 200 is good enough to use. Please help, and sorry if it's the wrong forum to post for help.:confused:

Sorry, but I pretty sure this device lacks the required hardware MPEG2 encoder, so doesnt work with GB-PVR/

Well poop. Back to the store it goes. I might wait a while until I pick up something like the PVR-150, but thanks for letting me know the real problem with TV Wonder 200. No wonder it was so cheap; too good to be true.

I did buy one that was even cheaper ($40), had the hardware mpeg-2 encoder and worked a lot better: Norwood Micro TV Tuner. It even came with a remote. However it was incompatible with Orb, the internet streaming software. Orb-compatibility is what I'm looking for in a tuner card, along with some software that will record my favorite shows, like GBPVR would. So I guess the search for a bargain tuner card continues. Thanks again.
