Looking at your gbpvr.exe.log file, it looks like you have several things going on. First, MyVideosPlugin5.dll looks like it is failing to load. I would suggest renaming it to MyVideosPlugin5.dll.old for now just to make sure that parts of it are not interacting with GBPVR still.
Second, the file \skin\Community\Common Dialogs\Prompt Box skin.xml looks like it has an error in it. If you open it in Internet Explorer, IE will validate the XML or tell you if there is an error.
Next, the skin file \skin\Community\archive\Video Info Dialog skin.xml also seems to have problems with it.
It is possible that the VA plug-in is not initially properly because of the skin file errors. Once you correct those we can look again to see how things are doing.
I also noticed that you are using the Music Player plug-in. I wrote that one too, and it is a big CPU hog at start-up. It bothers me as well so I plan to rewrite it to behave better when I have a big block of free time. You might try renaming Music Player.dll to Music Player.dll.old and restating GBPVR to see if it starts up faster and with less CPU load.
